Paul,
Don't have this car on the survey. How is this car documented to be an LS6 ordered car?

Warren, I figured if anyone would know it'd be you. Actually, kinda funny, I found it by accident-surprised no one else caught it. If you get on ProTeam's Website and click on the Grey/Saddle 1971 ZR-2 Coupe, in the photos there is a pic of a partial page of GM Canada Docs. The car PT is selling is highlighted in yellow, then I saw several cars down, reading through the option codes, there's coupe #15133, LS-6 with M-22. I think I read it right.

Wish I could find my dads 71 LS-6. He bought new in Oklahoma City

His was silver / black coupe.

How many LS-6 could have been sold out of OKC???

I thought I had found it but turns out the one I found was not an Oklahoma delivered car. Search continues.

Paul,

We've judged a scg/saddle car fitting that description a couple of times... Without looking at my notes it is almost certainly the same car (a ZR-2, in that color combination, sold out of Canada).

Car came out of a collection in Indiana (along with a lot of other ZR cars that have recently hit the market)... Engine and paint called at the last NCRS Regional that it showed up (Charlotte, maybe three or four years ago?). Nice car though... And of course, that Canadian documentation.

Regards,

Stan Falenski

My mistake Paul, I see that you are asking about a different car.

Good catch Paul. I have located other LS6's through the Canadian shipping manifests when tracking down ZR1' s but didn't have this page. I had recorded the info on the Steel Cities Grey LS6 years earlier when I viewed it in person at the Bloomington event and Mecum' s auction in St Charles.

I bought this car in April. Unfortunately it is missing the Motor and trans. Would love to know who the previous owners were. Any help appreciated.
