I am looking for a cross member for a 1969 to 1974 4-speed car. I am looking for one in good condition, but not perfect.

I am trying to find one in similar condition as the rest of the undercarriage of the car. The car is a mid mileage California car, so it has a bit of surface rust on it, but nothing more than that.

Let me know what you have and where you are located and wecan take it from there.

You are aware that the crossmembers for the Std trans cars are welded into place and are non removeable

Yes, I am aware of this. This is why I pointed out I need a 4-speed cross member instead of just asking for a "cross member"

It is nothing to remove the old one, dimension the new one and weld it in with similar welds. It is actually a pretty basic project.

But thanks for pointing it out to those who may not know.

Off my 71 that I've had since 1980- Georgia car all it's life- just surface rust. I'm located in Atlanta. Has parking brake wheel.

Take your pick. One is solid. The other has some small rust holes throughout but easily fixable. You know what else to look for. Let me know if I can be of service.
