I don't off hand but I think both Jegs and Summit carry them, Hooker only makes one set for small blocks.
I bought mine from JetHot in their sterling silver ceramic.
I'll have to find my receipt to get any contact info for you, not an easy mission for me right now so I hope someone shows up with the number.

Here's where I bought mine.
http://www.jet-hot.com/
I got mine in the sterling silver ceramic without mufflers for either $1056 or $1156, my memory sucks.
Be sure to ask for the forum discount if you buy from JetHot
Summit and others now have stainless steel Hooker sidepipes as well as black painted ones.

Found my info that I got with my hookers.
I had ordered the black ones from my local Carquest auto parts dealer for $899.00 no shippen, the same price others were charging plus shippen. Just keep in mind the black will rust quicker than the coated. Yet If you clean em twice a year and spray them down with BBQ black they hold up. I have a set that is 6 years old now not a problem yet. I am not one to ask (TELL, ya right) the little women to go out and clean the Vette. We log over 15,000 miles a year.

I will try to get you pics of the fit of the block and under the frame. There will be two plugs that you can get a soclet on and you will have to turn the socket with a wrench.

The bolt pattern on the fast burn heads is the same as a regular head, the problem is the ports on the fast burns are raised about 1/4 of an inch higher. So if you by a universal small block headers you will need to grind out the roof of the ports(provided there's enough meat) to get proper flow. I had Sanderson make my shortie headers for my fast burn heads. There expensive any I had problems with there customer service but the quality is very good.

I have the fast burn heads on my ZZ430 as well. If I were you I would order the plain steel version of headers. The reason is as 74ZZ430 says about the port size and height. Get the 1-3/4" tube Supercomps. They will comfortably cover the port opening without interfering with flow. The 1-5/8" will restrict flow. The main reason to buy the plain steel ones is because with the ports being .300" higher the tubes may get close to things and may have to be dimpled or massaged to fit. Also you'll notice the two sets of two holes above and between the exhaust ports of the picture mdbelanger provided. They are for the wire loom brackets (if you choose to use them) The flange of the Supercomps (and most other headers) will partially cover them and they won't be accessible if you want to use them. You can grind and massage the plain steel headers all you want THEN have them coated inside and out at a reputable shop later. This way you're not spending a pile of money on coated headers then have to grind or dimple them.
