Hydraulic roller lifters, Cranecams part number 13532
Valve lifter were stuck and lifter bore partly worn as seen on photo..

What happened? or what is reason for this?
Valve lifter vere not worn out, so I am guessing that worn bore is older?
Should I try to hone/bore worn part out?
How much is adequate valve lifter clearence to the block?

Looks like it had a bit of pressure put on it to the side. Was it a high lift cam? Maybe a high lift was enough to cause the lifter to want to rock back and forth?

Is this an original block? If it's original, may ask a machinist if this can be repaired. Possibly a sleeve of some kind?

Got oil pressure ? on that side.
Looks like it may have not had good oil pressure.

NO you can not hone that out .
It could be bored oversize and a sleeve installed,if you want to keep the original block.it's not trash yet.

Looking at the glare on the cam it looks trashed.
