Default Correct Woodruff Key Fluidampr 400sbc ext

Hello all,
I have a 383 sbc externally balanced. I'm going to install the Fluidampr #720111 on the motor to try and solve some vibrations issues. The crank is stock cast 400. My question is: Can I use the Woodruff key that I have now with my stock damper on my new Fluidampr?
Thanks

Yes. I put a Streetdampr on my 383 stroker several years ago, and have had it off and back on since. Never any problems.

How did you have the fluid damper balanced?

I did a fluid damper that required honing because it was so tight on the crank. So if it does not go on with moderate force. rethink the options
