Quick carb question
Hey guys,
Quick question,
I've recently installed my new edelbrock Thunder Avs car to my new 383 stroker.
now I installed an new low rise intake manifold, the manifold has both to square and spread bore.
Now with this new manifold, Do I need the carburetor adapter for the gasket? I noticed that the gasket goes a tiny bit over where the fuel goes in but when I placed the carb, everything moved smoothly with no interference.
Is this a future problem or is it just me?
Thanks

Air Flow
Any Irregularity between the carb base plate and your intake mounting surface effect airflow, if your gasket protrudes into the venturi air flow area where the two mate it effects the air flow in one way or another...
