Default '77 carb help

Hey, I just need some quick and easy carb help. I just rebuilt my carb (M4MC) and everything went smoothly. Put it back on the car. Fired right up but idled a little rough. So I took it apart again and adjusted the float. Put it back on the car. Fired right up and idled fine but high. So I tried to set the idle screw down a little bit but something on the choke side keeps the accelerator handle from resting on the idle screw. I see what it is.

What I woud need is a simple few pictures from somebody with this carb of the choke. I do not think I put the choke on the right way to begin with. A few simple pictures would show me how its down and there is an easy answer to a simple problem. Thanks.
