Default Made changes now hydroboost is jittery

I just installed a Borgeson steering box and new steering pump. Now my hydroboost feels jittery and whines (not much) when I apply the brakes. Is this a result of not having enough flow or too much flow? If not, what else could cause this? It didn’t happen before I added the Borgeson and pump.

Sounds like you might have some air in the lines. Make sure your return line clamps are very snug!

what pump came with the box?

How did you plumb the return line from the Hydroboost?

Pressure in the return line from the Hydroboost will cause issues.

Turn the wheel full right/left a few times, cycle the HB unit a few times....(hit the brakes) and let the car set over night....

I bet it's fine....
