So, I'm stripping my latest project.....1979 I found sitting out in the grass for last 20 years.

Making great progress. Getting rid of the wasps nest. Lots of surface rust, but nothing deep. Birdcage solid as a rock.

I began removing the radiator and lights. Gonna convert them to electric, when lo and behold, what do I discover was being used as an air reservoir for raising and lowering the lights?

A chili can and several tubes of black silicone. This actually works.

Are we surprised?

Be sure to check the frame rail ends and the inside kickups.

I'm not sure, but it must be WITH beans right? After all, it is a high pressure gas system.

When I was a soldier, we had a saying. "If it's stupid, but it works, then it's not stupid."
