FYI, I just replaced the upper hose on my 77 and found the diameter of the radiator end of the hose was to large for the radiator spout. Looked at my old hose and realized there was a rubber insert in it to reduce the diameter of the hose. Removed it and placed it in the new hose.
Kind of odd the thermostat housing and radiator would have different diameters.

The shipping cost would be USPS, not UPS. USPS doesn't charge a broker fee like UPS.
