Recommendations for good shop in the East Bay SF area
Hi everyone,
I'm the proud owner of a (new to me) '73 L-82 Stingray and I love it. However an ignition problem has reared its head recently that I just cannot figure out. In addition the car has started to leak from the heater core and the Speedometer has self-destructed. Does anyone on here know or have experience with a good shop in the East Bay area (not in SF) that is good with older Corvettes, knows their stuff and is trustworthy and reliable? I would love to have this all done at one place if possible but I'm willing to have the mechanical stuff done in one place and the speedometer somewhere else. I am looking to the experts for help... that's you! Thanks in advance. I really appreciate the help!

Excellent suggestions, all. Thanks so much! I got a good recommendation from Diablo Valley Corvette Club in Concord. I think I'll try that first. Just Joe's Automotive. Apparently several members of the club have had good results. When I called them they seem to do a lot of Corvette's. They said they had 3 1973's in the last month. That's what I'm looking for!
