Hydroboost Install on 72 Corvette
Hi Gents,
I have almost installed the hydroboost on my 72 Coupe but I need two more fittings to complete the job. My high pressure hoses have 6AN JIC female connectors and are hooked up to the Hydroboost. The other ends need to terminate to the power steering actuator 5/16 - 24 and the other hose connects to the pressure out of the PS pump, size unknown. Can anyone suggest the parts I need and where to get them?
basically need 5/16 -24 male into PS actuator angled to a 6AN male, and similar angled adaptor from the back of the PS pump to the 6AN female hose fitting. Part numbers and supplier would be great. Need International shipping.

I believe this is the one that fits the pressure port on the control valve.

I have bought many of my needed hydroboost parts from Tallon Hydraulics. From memory its tallonhydraulics.com. But google Tallon Hydraulics to check out the web URL.
They sell complete hydroboost systems and any and all parts. Good people to deal with.

About 20 years ago, I switched my '72 over to serp drive, 88-91 corvette system, so have a frame mounted reservoir.....and switched the pump output line to the early style, having had the stock system in it...so the output valving was switched over, and it has the 3/8 OD steel FLARED line on it to this day, I used a 3/8 plumbing supply line coupler with crimp rings on it, and when I sent to rack steering then HB shortly after, all I did was cut the end off the HB line and use the same coupler with a new crimp ring.....been used for some 20 years now, no issues......so go local supply store and see what is available.....

For the power steering pump I used an Aeroquip Reusable PTFE Fittings FBM1144

Use the fitting from the previous post for the control valve.
