Hey Pargo, a little off topic but I see you live in Old Forge. My girlfriend and I drive down from Binghamton semi-regularly to hit those awesome pizza shops you guys are known for! Great stuff!

Thank you. Actually this is a very nice "limited" driver. Extremely nice, will get lots of thumbs up, great to take to car shows or no rain cruises, low mileage, reliable, never taken apart, owned by collectors, no mystery mechanical work. I know this has been repainted but, that saying, "they're only original once" really means something with a low mileage, well cared for car.

What's needed?....Nothing
Doesn't need: top, paint, chrome, interior, engine work, trans work, rear work, clutch, exhaust, tires, etc...
No hit body, no rust
Very nice top frame and rubber.

What is the value of Documented genuine low mileage, originality/not restoration, a factory Hard Top (document on the tank sticker), genuine "glove box" paperwork/delivery items and Real docs? Not everyone likes an original car, but when you find an untampered, never butchered car, it has a lot of value. Doesn't look as pretty as a total restoration, but who did the restoration matters. This one was done by GM who did a pretty good job.

I just returned from overseas travel to the United Kingdom and I cannot believe this car is not already gone. Wow what a stunning example of an original. I spoke of it to my friends in the UK and they would only dream of such a great car. With the exchange rate, however, they can have it for far less than we can, so I will give them another temptation this week with some pictures. Hate to see it go off shore.

Thanks David. I went to the Sand's Casino show yesterday; as a spectator only since it rained the night before and was supposed to rain at noon and I am a coward who won't drive my cars in the rain. But I spoke with 2 fellows who had cars for sale last year and one went to Saudi Arabia and the other went to Europe.
Original Top; No separation of the heat seal on the rear window, No cracking at the folding areas, No rips or tears, dated 871 August 1971
