Looks like a nice car but do you think your user name has anything to do with someone's perception of the quality of the restoration?
I am just throwing that out there because it was the first thing I thought of when I saw your ad.
I am not in the market currently but I hope prospective buyers don't look at it this way.

You're asking-I'm telling! I have reviewed this ad, and frankly, it is not in the same class as your restoration. In other words, the car & work you have done look fine; it's your marketing that sucks!
You guys did all or most of the work-let's see some of the resto pics and hear your story. Have you never reviewed any of the C3 restos on CF?
Stop whining & get busy!! You gotta work hard to sell a car these days. Nobody's gonna trek to MI unless they SEE the fine work that you have performed. For example, I see no pics of the front of the car!! Gimme some close ups to show that this Bryar Blue looks fabulous from all angles. Show us those #2 body mounts and those terrific new blue leather seats.
C'mon, let's go!! Buyers want details: matching numbers this and that or not-be specific. Even if numbers don't match, it appears that you have a really nice driver AND really good value here!! Show buyers that they are getting their $$ worth here.
If the car was done right, and I suspect it was, somebody will write you that $25k check. GLWS,
Rickman

Nice looking car, I think $25k is very fair for the car. It is the last year of chrome bumpers and a 4 speed. Not a lot of people (in general) buying a classic Corvette. But those who are looking for a classic, yours is appealing. Anytime you are trying to sell a car to a very small population, it takes time. A year is not unreal, depending on where you've advertised it. If the car is what it sounds like, I'd ask high $20k's.

I see from the ad that you also have a nice set of rally's....I'd post pics with those as well. Some youtube videos of the light and wipers working correctly might help. I'm not sure if you kept up the the frame off on a blog or website....? Even if you didn't it's not too late to build one now. Folks like to see lot's of documentation and the internet is the best way to get that info out to potential buyers....JMO
Great looking car and good luck with the sale.

Congrats!! I knew it!! The Resto pics did the trick-the sanding shots, the paint booth shots--they all showed that you guys really took the time to do a quality job. Your car WAS worth the $$. You just had to show it.
Look me up at Carlisle next August. Merry Christmas!
