My buddy Evan has the Gen 2's on his white '85. I like both the Gen 1's and 2's, but I didn't know there was a Gen 0. I'd love to get a set of the Gen 1's with the 11-inch rears for my Z.

Interesting they got significantly heavier over time.
For some it may be hard to believe, but a ~4 pound difference per wheel (Gen 0 vs Gen 2) is easily felt. Even 2 pounds is noticeable.

The 16" gen 0 were light, but the tires are heavier (more sidewall) - the gen 0's and gen 1's are about the same weight for the rim + tire. The gen 2's are a couple of pounds heavier. They feel a little more substantial and, I believe, were made for bigger brake clearance.

Does anyone know what options for center caps are available for Gen IIs in 9 1/2" and 11" wide?
I see in the photo that OEM caps that appear to be like the 86, 88-90 MY and I have some of those. It fits the 9 1/2", but does not fit the 11" wheels. I should say it fits, but does not lock in with the clips like it does on the 9 1/2". I also tried a set of the black caps for 84-85 and those also fit the 9 1/2" wheels, but not the 11".
It's a little confusing and I would have imagined that the both of them would have the same center cap mounting if both Gen IIs.
Thanks!

Thanks Brett. I do have two sets from him and working some issues with too small, but looking at other options too. He made a custom black set for me. I was trying to mount them today and ran into the issues so seeing what else is out there that might work. I'm not sure why the factory one's fit the 9 1/2", but not the 11" with the clips on the back side.
