Default Digital display repair shop?

Where is a good place to send off an 84 digital display for repair. I posted about 2 years ago on this specific problem and I got several places to send it off to but my computer crashed. I really appreciate any advice and opinions you could send my way. I noticed Ecklers repairs but they seem expensive.
Thanks for all your help
Ben

They are all expensive. You can send it to Ecklers, Mid America and the other vette catalogs. Just find the cheapest one and go with that.

Default Jim Adams is THE MAN for digidash rebuilding

I spent a lot of time researching the various rebuild shops (I doubt the Corvette suppliers rebuild clusters in house). I took my cluster apart just to see if I could repair it but I had broken LCDs.

I highly recommend Jim Adams of WitchCity Engineering (witchcityeng@yahoo.com 978-335-4096) He did the work well and returned the unit in 1 day. He cleaned everything up, replaced the lights, bypassed the bad light sensor and replaced two defective LCD panels for $317 shipped. I've been pleased with the cluster since he rebuilt it

Of the places I contacted, Jim was the only one to respond intelligently to my email messages. I wanted to know prices, options, etc. The others said "mail it in and we'll let you know." Jim's prices were very reasonable also.
