Jegs carries these not sure about Summit.
Hooker cuper comp turbo

Check to make sure measurements will fit your Vette diff sizes/inlet/outlet available. Practically eliminates the deep V8 hum that will cause drone at certain rpm theres just an exhaust "pitch". Best of all they are super affordable,. thought Id share .

Have you personally tried it? I have some dynomax ones more or less just like that, and while they are much quieter than straight-thru performance type mufflers, they still drone in 6th at lower revs under load.

Put them on my other car yrs ago quieter inside than dynomax super turbo
Never occured to me to post about it because it was off the road so many yrs I never thought about it.
Single outlet no need to be stuffing things in your exhaust

I liked them
Hooker super Comps for sure, they droned a little, I just replaced my LTx muffs with new pairs of dynomax super turbos, from craigs list for 20 a pop... drone, but not bad the LTx muffs droned too, when I went to it from the Corsa.I heard the Dynomaxes will burn in and get throathier I hope

We're all driving sports cars, not Priuses. Exhaust is music to the ears! All kidding aside, I know drone can be a killer on long drives.

took the dynomaxs out for a cruise, made the car run a tad lean (wideband), have a nice drumming on the freeway and just as quiet as the LTx muffs. but with more attitude, just a little.
around the street, they buzz, humm, resonate whatever you call it, I think is the gas pulses bunching up and getting crowded in the muffler, I can live with this compromise, it is not headache inducing.remeber the LTx muffs on my car DRONED as well, my engine was putting out alot of sound, as per your, Camino and sound, get it?
overall review
Corsa..... loud, race car loud, police would look over when I drive passed them giving someone else a ticket loud, this with any gas pedal movement/ with my mods, a stock' motor car would have no problems.... sold/ gone $600 to forum member
Ecklers quiet-flow muffs for the L98, chokes the living hell out of my motor, they are NOT performance muffs. forget about them go LTx muffs.
LTx muffs, = big cans, roomier, more room for the gasses to have their orgy, with the right timing curve ( retarded at idle to around 12 degrees) you can get a little sound out of them, the butt dyno tells me they cost horsepower on a modified engine and my level what ever that means,....see signature.
LTx muffs, This is the best mod for a stock L98 bar none, chop the stock Y, Oval a 3" short pipe, to weld to the flange unit, then that 3" to a 2 outlet x3" Y from summit to the stock aluminized 2.75" pipes from the LT system, to the Muffs,
you don't even have to line up the muffs, they are already on the pipes, and the hangers in the back are the same. and this will give the low horse ( up to 300hp or so, since these were good on the LTx cars) L98's.
more performance, a throatier mean sound on acceleration ...NO DRONE, room to grown the motor, is cheap to do, and looks great with those tips.

I've got Walker quiet flow mufflers on my 89. No drone at all. Corvette Central also sells some no drone mufflers for 84-90 at least. It has a resonator in the muffler:

I going to plug MagnaFlows cat back kit with LT-1 tips with rear Y Tube cross over, from Corvette Central I was worried about the noise also but love them nice rummble but not loud even at cruise speeds.
I dont think the kit was much money either.
The only issues I dont like it with the cross over tube on the rear Y tube I cant put a piece of wood inbetween the Y tube to use as a jack point to put the floor jack to jack car up anymore under the rear diff.
I had a Magna Flow on my 2006 Dodge 1500 I hated it end up removing it to much noise but on the Vett love them.
I not 16 years old anymore either I did not want the loud race car sound.

Loudest was among the worst performing, go figure.

On the original 1984-1990 dual-outlet muffler, the inner outlet tube is for appearance only, and is blocked off. With our design, the outer outlet tube is open, but the inner outlet tube is connected to a small diameter resonance tube. This design provides the correct sound and quietness of the original design without the annoying low-RPM drone.
