if you have the correct .056 volts at the TPS, you may need to adjust the Allen set screw on the TB. If you bumped the IAC you may need to adjust it.

Don't buy a 3mm Allen Wrench. Buy a set of metric and standard. If you work on this car, it is a combination. If you got a Mercedes, Audi, etc, it is all metric. Trust me, you'll use it.
Actually, buy yourself a couple of WENCHES and you'll be happier.

Take TB off
Unscrew IAC, clean the pintle CAREFULLY with brake cleaner
Take off IAC housing
Clean everything
NEW GASKETS (You don't reuse your condoms, do you?)
Reinstall
Check timing
Spray ether at hoses to check for leaks. Propane also works
Replace any leaking hoses or joints
Buy scanner and use scanner
Get the engine to running temp, shut everything off besides engine,
Scan data for IAC counts. Target about 30 counts
If more than 30 counts turn allen screw in. Less than 30 counts, turn allen screw out. Each adjustment you make, rev engine and let it settle and see what the readings are.
When you are happy switch to see what the TPS voltage is. Set to 0.54V
