KC4 option
I have a 1986 L98 with the KC4 option. First question does anyone know the torque reading for tightening up the nut on the bottom of the cooler to the existing bypass valve? ONe grunts or two?
Second question has to do with the lock ring. There is a groove in the pipe under the nut but it appears that the lock ring was just placed on the other side of the cooler, where there is no groove? All the pictures I came across show the ring on the side with no groove. Any thoughts. This all came in a box with the motor and I can't find anything in my FSM about the cooler. Thanks.
