Good morning my friends,


My C4 L98 is having an issue with the service engine light. I ran through a diagnosis with a paper clip, and found out it was sending the code 13 which is oxygen sensor circuit loop. I replaced the sensor yesterday but the service engine light still persists.


I have no issues with the performance of the car, other than that I can't start off the engine right after I turn it off( I have to wait around 10 to 20 minutes to get it started. There is no cranking sound when the engine doesn't start off but only a clicking sound).


My average miles are around 11 to 13 which are considerably low.


I have no idea what the issues are. Any opinions?

I would see if the wire to it is melted and disconnect the battery to reset.
