the only thing different on mine was I used some thin metal clamps and clamped some flexible (cloth like) heat shielding on top of the pipes in the immediate area where they passed under the fiberglass rear spring

I'm tighting every day driver side bolts at catalitic converter.

Since I've removed them (they were pretty stucked and tightened) I'm not be able to get them well snug anymore. I'd like to avoid studs fractures cause they are rusted....though I think that an high value of ft/lb that 15mm nuts require.

Any idea?? 45-50 ft/lb? today I've tighten them at 30 ft/lb

Do you clamp heat shielding on driver side headpipe??
Stock system had metal heat shielding, that is not possible to get out. Corsa doesn't provide any type of heat shielding for that area. I would like to know if can it works without shirld or if is required a cloth type.
