To pull codes , ground pin A to pin B at the ALDL connector with the power on.It will flash the service ltpws light. Count the flashes like checking ecm codes.2 flashes then pause then 3 flashes= code 23, and so on.Code 12 is normal. So code 23=rt rear low tire, code 24=rt rear wheel sensor(orange) code 33=lt rear low tire, code 34=lt rear sensor(yellow).code43=lt front low tire, code 44=lt front wheel sensor(green). code 53=rt front low tire, code 54=rt front wheel sensor(blue). The code is more than likely one of your wheel sensors, I have had to replace 2 of mine. The rear wheels were originally labeled with a 2 and the front wheels were originally labled with a 1. But you may have to take both wheels off the side that is bad,if your car has the same size wheels front and rear, and have the tires dismounted to find the color of sensor that is bad.I have never been able to find a 1or2 on the wheels. I hope this helps.

The dilrod that installed my drag radials broke one of my sensors. I wasnt worth fixing. I just removed the panel light at the advice of several forum members.

Pulling the bulb out of the dash is an option. I have considered it, but I want everything on my car to work like it should. I guess you have to decide between, having everything working properly, or just disable it and not have to worry about it any more.

Hey neighbor...sorry to hear about the LTPWS.

Listen to everything TPI stated above. Then when you want to replace the sensors they are $175.23 each...or you could call Jeff Kopp and get them for $114.86. Just put the 3rd one one yesterday.

Damn, $114.86? thats a lot of dough for a sensor. I think I might just have to live with it for a while, and make sure my tires are inflated properly. Thanks everyone, Rick

Yea, it's a lot of money...but about two weeks ago while doing one of those 130+ MPH runs and approaching a slight corner that light went on. After slowing down and pulling off the road I just sat there and thought..."man oh man I was just thinking that I already replace two of those stinking things and I'm not spending any more money. Just goning to take the bulb out".

It saved my bacon.

Gotta pay to play!
