SuperRam cable bracket question.
I am trying to put my Throttle/TV/Cruise cable bracketry on the supreram, and found the TV cable just does not seem to bend up enough to fit.
If I mount it into bracket, I can barely screw the bracket to the plenum, and the TV adjustor is hitting the plenum with 89 degree bend to clear it.. I don't know if this is 'safe'.
Anyone have pics of their drivers side superrams, and how they routed the TV cable?
Thanks in advance.

MrNuke!
Mine did the same thing when I first got it. They sent you the wrong bracket as they did me too! I am 100% sure you are having the same problem as me. Call whoever you bought the SR from and tell them they sent you the wrong one. Tell them you want it next day delivery. They were very co-operative when I called, it was Jegs I got mine through.
Really makes you mad when you pay that kind of money and they send you the wrong equipment. :mad
Let me know how you make out.

The old one from the TPI stock plenum/setup will not work. Tried that too, when they send me the wrong one. The bolt holes are in different locations.

Eric,
Hmm how shall I possibly START rebutting your remarks...... :hat
1....I'd like to have an EASY starting engine int he cold NE weather.
2....I'd like to get better than 12MPG on the highway.
3....No vapor lock.
4....I'd like to be able to pass emissions.
5....I LIKE my low end Torque.
6....Don't have to worry about jetting issues. (just tune the computer)
:jester

Heheh I know. I had JD here and we were bustin your bollox..
I am actually happy with the setup. The Superram itself is a great piece of design. The holes and bolts all fit perfectly (although due to .. ahem... user error 4 were a PITA). Gaskets fit perfectly, etc etc.. I can have the plenum itself on and off within 30 minutes now.. Woohoo... :conehead
