This ain't no driver. Not a waxer either.
Just a good looking, nice driving, great running, one-owner '95 with a bit of a story behind it. So here goes....
For Sale: 1995 ZR-1. The 140-th of 448 built in the final year of production. Painted Dark Purple Metallic. Only 25 ZR-1s, out of the 6925 sold in six-years of production were painted "DPM" making it the rarest of all ZR-1 colors. The interior is black and the car only has a painted top.
Under the hood is a modified, 500-hp, 350-cuin, four-bolt LT5. Build sheet, window sticker, Owner's Manual, Factory Service Manual, service records, oil analysis records and numerous other documents included. Never wrecked. No CarFax. Passes the California Smog Check.
Price SOLD

Hib...stunning car! Wish I had board approval (read: wife) for another toy.
GLWS!
BTW...I have followed the LS7 saga for quite awhile. Don't own one, but have driven several for a week at a time. What a beast! Anyway, FWIW, you take a lot of sh*t you don't deserve. Keep up the good work.

The haters are gonna hate, hate, hate.
I've been on the Corvette Internet (first mail lists and then forums) since late 1994 and that part has not changed.
Nevertheless, I appreciate the kind words, sir.

I said this morn, at AV CnC that it's good you're way up in Goleta or I'd be in deep car kaka... already outta parking here.
I am curious how close it is to SMOG limits, concerned about future passes.

I remember seeing this car as a kid, for some reason it never left my mind. My family would buy me subscriptions to car magazines I asked for. I would LOVE to own and keep this car, but my current situation doesn't allow. They need special financing companies for things like this...lol. Being a kid who loves a car doesn't get you very far....haha.

It does not have the problem with NOx that the 90-92s have because it has an EGR valve and it does not have the sometimes problems the 93-95s have because, working with a now-retired calibration engineer, we devised a way to change the EGR strategy to enable the valve during the 15-mph part of the enhanced test. 93-95s sometimes have trouble with that because the the stock cal enables EGR at 17-mph and the test is run at 15-mph. My cal enables EGR at 14-mph.
I dare ya–come on up to Goleta and test drive it.
