Default FS 1989 B2K Callaway-Lingenfelter built-33k miles

Up for sale is a very rare 1989 B2K Callaway that was modified by Lingenfelter in the early 90's. This car is very well documented on this site. Please do a search to find all the details on the car. This is the same car Callaway Chris use to own. The only reason for the sale is I never drive it. I bought the car over 4yrs ago, and have put less than 800 miles on it. Since I bought the car, I spent over $2,000 to have had some tuning done to it to make it run better. I have receipts for the work. I put a new exhaust on. I also added the original Callaway body kit, which had a cost of $7,000. It currently has a set of 3 piece HRE aluminum wheels on it. The wheels retail for $8,000. I also have the original Callaway wheels. The HRE wheels come with this deal, but you will have to pay shipping for the extra set of wheels. The car looks excellent, runs great, and has a ton of power. The black body is near perfect. The black interior is good. There is a Youtube video of the car, and it put down 465hp and 599ft/lbs of torque on a dynojet. I just dyno tuned it on a Mustang dyno 3 weeks ago, and it put down 415hp and 550ft/lbs of torque. The car currently has 33k original miles. I am asking $37,500. I am located in Corvallis Oregon. Shipping the car is easy, and fairly inexpensive. I can ship it anywhere in the US for approx $1,000. Any questions just ask. I check my emails daily.

I owned it for about 3 years. Bought it for my wife from the owner who resided on Long Island, NY. Sold it to a gentleman in Southern Virginia, who then sold it to this gentleman. It was exceptionally fast - too fast for my wife

It should have the original Callaway engine and the 6-spd. transmission in crates. It's car #89-027

Chris helped me with the purchase of this car 4 yrs ago, and has helped me with info on the car in the past. I have done a lot to this car since I bought it. It runs really good now, and is making good power. I had the body kit put on 2 yrs ago, and yes I still have the original engine, tranny, wheels, and all paperwork from Lingenfelter. I have papers to the work that I had done to the car recently. All work was done by Wongs Performance in Vancouver WA.

To those who don't know this car….it is an automatic. Lingenfelter installed an automatic in it in the 90s. It does comes with the original 6 spd manual transmission in a box.

The market for a C4 car in the mid-high 30's is very small. Im sure the car will sell, but it will take time to find the right buyer.

I personally think the automatic transmission is a deal/value killer. The auto B2k's bring a lot less money than their ZF6 counterparts.

Yeah your right, automatic has already been a deal breaker twice now. This car is pretty fast, and shifts nice and firm...I actually like automatics better. Anyone can make an offer...you just never know
