Thanks, can't wait to use it with some traction.

It would be solidly over 1k on a dynojet. The important thing is 100 extra rwhp on tap and fueling is still very safe. I'm hoping it translates into some good ET and MPH at the track. The track will determine how much power it is really making.

I took a trip to Jon's for some fab time and to do some testing with the new boost controller on his custom TT vette. I'll let Jon provide more info, but 21 psi on the 1st street test was crazy. I can't wait to see his car on the dyno and at the track. Here's a picture from the drive up there:
Here's one of the main purposes for the trip:
Only 3 pieces and 3 welds for the perimeter

Lol, the drive was a good time. Glad you were around for the clutch trigger, and letting me know the solenoid clicking was normal! Crazy how loud they are. Really wish we could could have grabbed some traction at 21! Maybe should have done 25psi while we were at it.. had plenty of fuel lol. Too much for the 16" MT's even with both of us weighing it down. 15psi seemed to hold on mostly, and felt pretty solid even being a little fat and 15deg. You're car is nothing to be taken lightly.. maxed out ttix build makes for a wicked responsive turbo vette . We both need bigger meat on back tires.

Agree, Jon. It was a lot of fun taking the cars out and making some hits on higher boost settings even if it was a spin fest. I haven't had that much fun in a while. Appreciate all of the help and advice with the tank. I can't wait to see it finished.
I think we need to collaborate on a traction solution for these cars soon.

I think I made around 10 passes, 3 of them were in the 9s, 3 of them were launch only and then right into REP mode, the other 4 were a combination of dialing in fuel, missing gears or just trying to get down the track without going into REP mode.
Even the best pass isn't what I would call perfect. I missed 2nd gear and it took almost 1 second from the time I went for the shift and was finally in gear and accelerating again. This ate up some valuable distance before the 1/8th mile. Then, the brake booster hose blew off in 4th and caused a drop in airflow and the meth quit spraying.

Best just to use an ecu that has traction control built in. It'll make life easier in the long run.
The only decent retrofit system out there was Racelogic and they stopped making it a while back.

Here's one of the videos from the event that was live streamed by High Tech Corvette.
I'm in there at the 19:08 and 29:50 mark hitting REP.
47:50 is a close race against a GT500. I missed a gear near half track and wasn't able to run him down.

Here's a Facebook live stream of the 9.74 pass @ the 3:22 mark.

I changed out the fluid in the clutch master cylinder this weekend. All of the tracks were rained out, so I haven't been able to see if the tune changes solved the REP issues.
I did get a chance to work on the methanol tank. I cut the top from a single sheet and was able to bend it to nicely follow the curvature of the fender. I also started on the bottom portion of the tank. It will be a little more involved and require a few pieces.

What boost level are you at? You have a TR6060 correct? ZR1 gear? WHat size rear tire?
