Default Alky faceplate

Does anyone know who makes this? Believe someone on here did, just not having any luck on finding out who it is. Wanting to buy one if there still available or if anyone doesn't need there's anymore. Any input or suggestions is welcome. Thanks

I cut the ashtray out to where it fit pretty tight and the lid that covered the ashtray/cigarette lighter area is still on there and that holds it in there just fine, it doesn't move around at all... there was a metal tab where one of the screws went and I had to bend that tab down so my wideband gauge would fit and it rests on the fold of the tab so that might help keep it in place too... I siliconed the gauge and alky control box to the faceplate from the back so they can't move around either
