High beams come on = interior panel and dash lights go out?
I just bought an 02 Z06 and I drove it at night for the first time last night and all interior dash and panel lights work as expected when the low beams are on, but when I switch to High beams, the only lights on are the dash high beam indicator, radio clock display (not the buttons), and the temp control display (not the buttons).
Is this normal?

I just took a look at the wiring diagram
After the turn signal switch the high beam circuit has a tap off to the instrument panel lights circuit which grounds out at G201. This may explain the weird interaction.
I'd try two things. Try some electronics cleaner into the headlight turn switch stalk. They are notoriously unreliable and a good clean often fixes various snags. Also you can try to clean up the ground (G201).
