So I have been able to pin point this noise to the front left suspension. If I am crusing down the road and hit a pophole I can hear it. Kind of like a banging as if something is loose. I had the car aligned and they did not see anything so it might not be so obvious. Any ideas???

Might be a sway bar endlink that's not tight..

Yeah when I was putting the car back together I cross threaded the pass side boolt to the frame from the endlink. I might remove the whole thing and see what happens.
