Hey man you have to be a sponsor to offer stuff like this. Also you don't want to sell stickers and such with the Jake logo unless it's licensed by them and you're authorized to do so. GM will come after you.

I made my own, same vinyl material and some sharp blades...used autocad software to size the image, printed out, glued to back of vinyl, then cut it out from the back...works like a charm.

Yeah I've heard horror stories about GM coming after people. I wasn't going into business just seeing if someone wanted to save the set up fee that I had to incure.
