Default Wind Diverter

Has anyone tried the Vette Net Cockpit wind diverter that goes between the seats?

I use it and it works. I find that there is a fair amount of wind coming from between the waterfall and the diverter so the drivers right arm gets cold on a cool day/evening. I'm planning on adding a piece of fabric/vinyl with a bar/weight sewn at the bottom of it, then attach it to the diverter to help mitigate the excess airflow.

For $35, it's a great alternative to the $400+ options!

Edit - I only use it because the gf wanted something to help keep her hair out of her face!

A nice looking cap is a better alternative. I agree, that thing looks hideous!

It's a convertible. The next thing you know, you will be driving with your windows up.

Found that sight lines affected. Cannot see anything if looking over right shoulder .Just my opinion.

I agree that it's not the most flattering looking thing.

If you can't see over the seat then yes you will have an issue. I'm 6'1" - I see fine!

OK I wasn't planning on entering Bloomington with it - just something quick to keep DW happy. You know - start out on a beautiful day and when you come home it's getting rather cool. I could stop and put the top up, but hey it's a convertible right. Sort of an 'extend the season' thing. I really like the custom etched ones but holy cow!$
