Name that squeak
So guys and gals Im trying to track down a squeak in my 02 Z; If I run the car up in say 2nd or 3rd gear to 3k RPM and let off w/o pushing the clutch in to shift gears, I hear a squeak and its driving me crazyhttps://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/smilies/willy_nilly.gif. It doesn't always do it and if the windows are up I don't can't it...thoughts?

First thing that comes to my mind is that its clutch related. Throw out bearing or pilot bushing/bearing would be my suspicion. However, its very hard to tell under these circumstances.. .(ie geographical distance)...

How about telling people the general location the noise is coming from and uploading a video of the noise so people have a better idea how to help you??
