What are your favorite tunes to Rock Out to while driving your C? Which songs sound totally awesome to play on your system and deliver it's best performance for sound?

One of the mods that I desperately want to do is get the radio changed out so that it has the capability to play music through my phone (either auxiliary input or bluetooth connection). I usually can't stand the radio.

My other car had an auxiliary input for my phone, so that is all I listen to. I don't think I have listened to a CD in years, but when I got this Corvette I had to go digging through my closet to find some of my old CD's. Out of them, my favorite song to listen to (with the windows down, the Targa top off, and the music turned up of course) has been Gasoline by Audioslave.

Anything by Johnny Rivers or Bob Seger!

I have also discovered how fantastic it is to use a USB port device to play music. For me It is way better than an MP3 player.

Umm...yup!

Gotta have Eruption in there too. Had the top off and had that blasting when I pulled into school to pick my kid up a few weeks ago...

I use a cheap FM transmitter plugged into my iPhone. Don't know how the sound quality compares to a bluetooth connection but it sounds just fine to me.

That's a LOT easier (and cheaper) than putting a new stereo in...

David Lee Roth - Just like Living in Paradise
Skrillex - Bangarang
Icona Pop - I love It
Butthole Surfers - Pepper

Adding a sub to a stock Bose makes a huge difference. Still not as loud as I would like it or as clear but still an improvement

I never turn the radio on. I listen to the tone of the car.

I had an FM transmitter in the past. The quality of that was marginal at best, and crappy most of the rest of the times.

I bought an extra cartridge for the changer and burned about 600 songs from the 60s 70s and 80s onto CDs. One cartridge got us to Connecticut and the other got us back. Personally I think the stock system sounds great. Of course my first cars had AM radios so I am not that picky.
Skynard, Stones, Tom petty, Zeppelin, REO, REM, U2.........the list goes on and on.

Stingers by the band Borla.

Really though, I listen to a lot of different rock from classics to newer stuff. Sometimes when going to a cruise in or something I will listen to the Beach Boys, then when I get there I hear it again when the DJ plays it along with the DooWop music.
