Those are reasonable sizes/offsets, you might want a little less offset or a spacer in the front though. That's going to be around 12mm narrower per side in front than stock c5z wheels and 4mm narrower in back.
Good luck finding 18x8.5, i tried getting 17x8.5 with no luck, i went with 17x9.5 and they look great. Make sure the tires can handle the width of the wheels u choose
