Default HVAC Issues

So i'm having some problems with my HVAC and can't find the exact problem through the forum search.

First it blows air out of all vents no matter what's selected. Searching the forum I know I need to check vacuum lines but haven't got around to it yet. I've also noticed today that even when the system is off, it's blowing hot air from all the vents. Not a lot but enough to feel if you put your hand by a vent. Can't seem to find what could be causing this.

Could this be a vacuum problem as well? Possibly the same issue? Or could this be something in the HVAC unit itself malfunctioning? It's not throwing any HVAC codes on the DIC.

I don't have much experience at all with HVAC work so hopefully there is a step by step somewhere i missed?!

Go into the DIC and look at what codes are showing the HVAC folder. Post them then someone will be able to help you. My off the top of my head guess is a blend door issue.

No DIC codes would seem to be a vacuum issue.

Here is one link to help:
