I totally agree with not executing anyone who has committed a heinous crime unless they are 100% guilty without a shadow of a doubt but once proven guilty they shouldn't be allowed to live any longer no if's and's or but's

When buying a vehicle, I went to look with only pocket money. I was very interested in buying a private sale Vette, but insisted that the entire money transaction occur at the office of a local bank, preferably one I was familiar with. CL or ebay are OK for small transactions, but when it comes to anything over $500, an intermediary like Paypal or a bank is a good idea. Also, a bank can verify if a cashier's check is valid or a fraud almost immediately.

I have bought and sold a lot of cars with private parties over the years and never had a problem. Even used personal checks at times. That was pre-internet.

Not sure what a "Dirt gag" is but life is NOT a simple as many below the Mason-Dixon think.

Im in Canada , the legal system here has a lot less bite then the U.S.A
For heinous crimes like the harm of an innocent or a child the death pentalty should really be implicated swiftly once guilt is proven.

No, MOST southerners do not. Just like MOST yankees aren't really a$$holes. Judging tens of millions based on the actions of a few shows bigotry.

Why swiftly? Isn't it better to make the guy think about it and suffer for awhile?

life in prison for murder I don't agree with, especially in a case like this... if they give him the chair that would be the right thing to do just don't wait 15 years to do it... people don't realize how much tax money is wasted keeping these people alive so they can spend the rest of their lives behind bars, it costs more than a lot of us make in a year to keep 1 person alive behind bars for a year... dig a big hole, line them up, and take out the trash
