Default Great to be back in a Vette after 25 yrs.

I've had the car for several months now an its been a blast, getting car close to 100% squared away. This forum played a big role in tech. assistance and how to's. It's bone stock, an for now i'm fine with that.
Just got back recently from first road trip. What a great trip it was. 2 weeks on the coast. What a comfortable ride, not bad gas mileage, an the performance fits perfectly.
Have been lurking since I started looking for the car. Hope to become an active an helpful forum member. Thanks for your insight and know how! Proud on this 4TH Of July to own an American Made Corvette.

Default congrats on your new Corvette

Your car looks great. I was in the same boat as you I sold my last corvette in 1987. I purchased a 1984 in 2011 and restored it and in May of 2014 I purchased a 2001 Coupe. The C5 is a great car and I love to drive it. Hope you have many miles of smiles with your new Vert.

Congrats and welcome to the Forum. The C5 is a big change from the C1, 2 & 3s of years ago. Good luck and Remember to WAVE!

I purchased my first vette in over 25 years last winter. I think by now, you realize what a different car this is from the C3s. Welcome to the forum.

They certainly have come a long ways! An to think were talking about a 11 yr. old car at that.
Thanks again for the compliments. The better half an I dropped the top an took an excellent evening cruise yesterday. Man, I'm glad we got the vert. It's a good fit.
