Default Replacing clutch need help!!!

Hey guys I'm replacing my clutch on my 2000 c5 but am currently stuck trying to loosen this cable next to the oil filter which goes from the transmission driveshaft to the brake booster. I have attached pictures to show please help as I'm currently in the middle of the job. Thank you!

Sounds the coupler to the slave cylinder. Go to the parts store and get a set of plastic gm/ford fuel line disconnect tools ; the round split disc variant. I don't think there is room to get a metal one in there when I did it.

You'll want to depress the brown/white plastic sleeve back into the body of the coupler the tool. It acts very much like a snap ring. I think it was the 1/2" tool IIRC
