Default Under floor board has a small crack from jack what to do?

There is a small dent not all the way thru but it need attention. Can I put bondo under it or does it need fiberglass fill. Never done this before. Suggestions.

Since your other thread mentions the ECM, I take it the area is behind the passenger wheel. Pics sure would help people here give you some advice.

It looks like this. Mix it and smooth it on with a popsicle stick. It will harden chemically and make a good repair.

1) Go buy a set of jacking pucks.
2) Throw the car away because it's now junk...
3) ...or you could buy some MarineTex and fix it with that. Usually available at any marina or even WalMart in the boat isle.

Did you do that or was it some garage tech not familiar with C5s? Just wondering.

It is indeed balsa wood but it is sandwiched between two aluminum sheets.

I would use seam sealer to fill up area since it has more flex and great bite.

I'd use some DAP black flexible marine caulk. For sure you want to seal it because you do not want water getting in between the sandwich and softening the balsa.
