Default AC belt

Okay so i just changed my AC tensioner and the idler pulley. I followed the path of how to route the belt but im having problems fitting the belt under the pulley. Its a tight squeeze for the belt b/w the idler and the tensioner. Do i need to re adjust the tensioner? When i turn it on the belt does not move. Any help would be great

I just did this on the weekend.
Since I thave the Z51 with powerstreering cooler the tensioner pulley was right in front of the lines that go to the cooler.

I used a 15mm wrench.
Put it around the crank pulley first and then between the two pulleys. Moved tensioner clock wise with wrench at 9 oclock to almost 4 oclock and got it on with one hand on AC pulley.

Was almost think they gave me wrong belt but I got it on
