Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Ranger Method is this-
Take syringe A and evacuate the reservoir. Take syringe B and attach some tubing, fill syringe with new clutch fluid. Attach tubing from syringe B downstream from reservoir and inject. This pushes old fluid out of the line and back into the reservoir. Take syringe A and evacuate the reservoir again. Fill reservoir with new clutch fluid and

I had a Hurst shifter in mine when I purchased the car, it was a monster to shift. I did the anti venom with one washer washer better but not quite what I wanted, put in the second washer and got much better. Installed the MGW shifter and found heaven on earth, each time I drive it gets better and better. I am working on the ranger method and getting the clutch fluid cleaned up. Next up is the transmission fluid.

The PO changed the trans oil with Red Line D4 ATF on my 2000 FRC that I purchased last November along with a B&M ripper shifter . I've never been happy with the shifting so I changed back to the oem shifter which was better but not great . I'm thinking of going back to non synthetic ATF to see if it helps .
