that is not a proper flush though and isn't a method I prefer personally, if you really want to do it right then it needs to be flushed from the slave

That's it... it isn't the ultimate, but it DOES make a difference I have been doing it for 2 years and now my clutch fluid stays clear and clean... I have NO clutch issues...it is better than doing nothing...

Amsoil Torque Drive and One Washer Anti-Venom made mine shift like butter.

I had a Hurst shifter in mine when I purchased the car, it was a monster to shift. I did the anti venom with one washer washer better but not quite what I wanted, put in the second washer and got much better. Installed the MGW shifter and found heaven on earth, each time I drive it gets better and better. I am working on the ranger method and getting the clutch fluid cleaned up. Next up is the transmission fluid.

I got a trans service on my 97 C5 and it made a noticeable difference...........I used the stuff the owners manual says

i use the amsoil atf in my transmission and the gear oil in my diff and so far i love it

The PO changed the trans oil with Red Line D4 ATF on my 2000 FRC that I purchased last November along with a B&M ripper shifter . I've never been happy with the shifting so I changed back to the oem shifter which was better but not great . I'm thinking of going back to non synthetic ATF to see if it helps .
