You either have a leak in your exhaust ahead of the cat or your cts can't handle WOT flow or you cats are cooked.
I'd post asking for recommendations on high flow cats.

really? so when cats go bad they make car smell like eggs?when u say they go bad u mean they are clogged? when my 01 z06 was bone stock it dynoed 333 rwhp and 336 tq doesnt that seem low? and so i should be good for off road x pipe? i just dont want it to get worse smelling

stock headers, ihavent takenany hood seal out, stock shifter, i cant tell diffrence with ac/heater on..i can hear when driving a slight ticking noise. almost like its just regular engine noise through firewall? or could possibly be a tiny leak at the headers? but i smell the rotten smell from the rear of exhaust not the engine bay

Knowing that, I'll go with the bad cat answer. I just noticed when I did all of this, I started getting fumes in my car. I thought cats were supposed to smell like rotten eggs somewhat and if you had made any of those changes, you were starting to smell what had already been there and you just never noticed it.

the rotten egg smell is from fuel.rich mixtures tend to do give the smell due to raw gas getting into the cats.chances of a bad cat[s],possible.likely hood, doubt it.don't know if you've done anything to the car[cai, intake, etc]that would warrant running richer.but i would start there.leaking injectors would also give you the smell,JMO

The smell means the cats are doing their job. If they weren't, you'd get a raw gas smell, the same smell many have complained about after removing their cats.
You could possibly be running rich at WOT.
I get the same smell you're getting under the same conditions, but I'm running about 11.5 fuel/air (on purpose) at wide open throttle, so that's expected.

Your cat converters are stopped up. Run with that thought. If you wait for everyone on the forum to be in complete 100% agreement on anything your wait will be for eternity. There is no such thing as 100% agreement from everyone. Never seen it, never will. There is a recent thread on here with two pages of argument on the proper way to replace a battery !!

I would refer to the troubleshooting manual. Rotten egg smell is not necessarily a bad cat. New Chrysler cars from about 20 years ago were notorious for this. It had to to with the catalyst and A.I.R. sytems combined. I could follow behind a new car going up a hill and smell rotten eggs. 9 out of 10 times it was a Chrysler product.
I would put it on a sniffer. Is it throwing any codes? Are you sure it's going in closed loop mode? It's tough to spend money using the shot-gun method only to find out that it was not the problem. Been there-done that.
