Air tube on Kooks headers crack.
On my drivers side where the air tube is welded onto the header has a crack all the way around. I had to go to a muffler shop to have it welded. My car was kind of popping a lot when decelerating. Now that it's fixed, it sound much better. I've heard of Kooks and LG's cracking at this point. You think they could make a better product.

We still have to compare weld jobs
I was kind of surprized when mine broke as I don't think that should happen.....especially for a high priced header like Kook !!!!

The guys that welded mine do aerospace quality welds ...... no failure rate acceptable.
If you want to know what they said about the existing Kook factory weld drop me a PM !!!!

I've seen air tubes break off every brand header out there.Sometimes it's the stress from the air tubes or it is backpressure when ussing block off plates. Now we never order headers with AIR fitting's.Just delete the AIR in the tune.

I agree! Dynamax, Americans, they all do it.
