Anyone got a dyno graph of that (stg 2.5)? Or even just the 228R cam on stock heads??

To give you an idea, This is mine with AFR heads milled .020 off
My AFR was F'ed upit went real lean to real fat and settled in at under 11. There is a little more to be found with a good tune

Here is my sheet. Shows going from just the MTI X1 cam to adding the TSP 5.3L st 2.5 heads with .040 Cometic head gaskets.
Standard bolt-ons both runs:, Kooks LT's w/cats, Shanner ported TB, U/D pulley, MN6 with 3.90 gears.

I hate how you lose all that bottom end, this is what I needed to know, it does not look like I will be getting a cam now, Prob just heads and spray.

What are you talking about, loss of torque? Post your stock dyno sheet and we'll compare torque. Heads without a cam is a waste of money.

Sry man I have been misreading ALL the cam dyno graphs ive seen on here (I thought the light blue and red was your stock cam and the purple and red the new cam, no wonder!!) so I feel pretty stupid but now that I know I will DEF be getting a cam with my heads now, its between the tsp 228R or the tqr V.2.

Do the TQ 2 on a 112. You'll enjoy it.
I had the TR224, I have the 228R, and I have the TQ 2 sittting in my garage begging me to install it.
Each modification should complement each. Heads and cam really make the car more fun, but gears on top of that makes it really brings it all together.
