Default Mobil 1 ATF in T56

I'm guessing the pros and cons of using Mobil 1 ATF in the T56 six speed has been discused. Can someone direct me to the thread?

FYI mine is a 2003.

Thanks.

I don't have any pros or cons. I have been using Mobil 1 in my Z for about 3 years now.

any Dexron III fluid is acceptable.
The decision is which brand you trust most...

On my 99 M6 the M1 was the worst. I've tried BG ATF and Redline before M1. When I tried M1 it shifted much worse then the BG. The Redline was pretty good. Better then the M1 for sure. This was street driving and track days. The track days is where I could tell the most difference.

Bottom of page. I tried it in my wife's Z06 and didn't work as good as my 99.
