Any more information on adjust-ability of the individual lights? Does one light use the factory C5 adjusters and the other a custom made or constructed adjuster?
As many know, one of the down sides of the factory system is that the high beams and low beams are not adjustable separately. Same thing for the ACA's.

We think that there is no need to adjust the lights individualy. The low beam is adjusted by the original adjusters and the high beam is mounted parallel to the low one. The high beam has a wide and round spot. But if you want to adjust the lights, you can add washers to the mounts of each hella module in the frame. Have a look to the picture with the frame and the hella modules. Each module is mounted with for screws at the frame. If you add a little washer to one or two of these screws you can adjust each module on it's own.

Depends on where you buy the ACAs from, but remember the GP I was putting together? Times that by 2 before the vendor even gets a cut. A lot of stuff goes into these and since they are hand made/HID and all that they are more expensive. I will work to get costs down. I am even thinking of getting my own Xenon kits and using those to keep the costs a little down. Maybe by doing a GP or something we can get it low. First, I want to test them on my own ride. I am working with CustosOnLinux right now to figure something out.
I've got ACA's in my car already, but if thses were better lights, then I might switch up. I do like the headlight washers though, as long as they don't use the regular washer tank (mine is filled with methanol).
Please keep us posted!

Still working with them to figure everything out. Plan on $1,150-$1,500. The more orders we get the better the price. Details are still being worked out.
Anyone know of a company that can handle molds? I'm trying to do everything possible to keep the price down. I want these competitive with the ACA pricing.

Anyone have a spare $1,000 to purchase the test set to fully document with pics and details on the install as well as opinion? If so PM me.

I don't know if they could do it, but you could try these Guys for the molding. They can give you real-time pricing too.
You just need a CAD drawing for the part. Just a suggestion.

I'm running T-84 European right hand rule lamp system in my C5. A new relay system allows me to have low and high beam on together if wanted. With 'well over 100 watt' H-4 halogen bulbs, the illumination is quite good. What advantage would this system have over my T-84s with the high watt bulbs, besides a lower opening headlight door? My beam pattern looks the same as the photo of this setup....sharp cutoff keeps stray light out of oncoming traffic with bow tie kick up on the right side.
Very nice work!...worth looking into.

I am also running the C5 European right-hand-rule headlamps. I too have a heavy-duty wiring harness, with a relay. I run PIAA 90w135 H4 bulbs. The illumination is superior to any North American HID system, and I have run the ACA C5 HID system. This is due to the higher wattage PIAA bulbs and the European beam pattern.
I would not be interested in this system unless it had European right-hand-rule lenses AND a high wattage high beam bulb. Something in the 135w or 150w range. With a halogen 65w high beam bulb this system will not match what I presently have.
