39 RWHP Tune up, at LG Motorsports today.
Hey guys,
Just finished up a 2004 Automatic Corvette today.
Car arrived with a prior tune from an unknown shop. The owner decided the car needed a tune up and oil change and dropped it off with us this week. After hearing some cars he decided for some upgrades while the car was here with us.
So while he was here, we added a set of LG Super Pro headers, cold air, to the spark plugs and oil change.....
Before and after runs on the car, peak gain 39.3 RWHP and 29.9 RWTQ!
Modifications:
Not a bad spring pick me up!
Thanks again!!

Modifications:
- LG Super Pro headers with high flow cats
- LG Carbon cold air intake
- 160 thermostat
- NGK plugs
- LG Super wires
- LG Dyno tune
Not a bad spring pick me up!
Thanks again!!

It isn't misleading, it is completely false! I clicked on the post to read about how LG got 39 RWHP out of a tune, not a tune, headers, cold air intake, thermostat, plugs and wires. I am glad that I did read it though. Now I know to take LG posts with a grain of salt and make sure to read the fine print. 39 RWHP is nothing to brag about with these mods on a car that came in with a bad tune!

Le Mans Master
it says "Tune up", which automatically means new plugs/wires. combine that with a bad prior tune & impulse buys on some mods, i can see this being realistic

Just thought I would change up the headlines a bit to make it a little more interesting...
Sorry to offend anyone, just tried to have an attention grabber....
He was happy with the car, and I was quite happy with the results on how much better the car drove. Yes the tune on it starting out was not the best. He was happy, and so was I.

Edit: I'll leave it alone. As long as everyone is happy, thats all that matters.

LG always gets it right. Lou and his Team at LGM are the best.
Dont forget to play with their slobbering guard dog while you wait....hehehe.

Total cost out the door will make all the difference in whether or not this was actually a good day for the customer. I'm just saying.
Personally 39 rwhp for around $3k on a car that had a bad tune...not my idea of success, but alls well that ends well.

Wow, this is a harsh fourm.
I saw the post and read it, as it caught my eye, I am smart enough to know that a simple "tune up" wont add 38hp in of itself, I appreciate the info in the post along with the details. I wish I lived closer to LS Motorsports. I think I'm ready for that kind of "tune"
