Head Lights coming up?
Every time I start my 2001 Vette the past few days the headlights have been coming on and up. When I try and turn them off they wont turn off, so I end up having to turn the car off and back on multiple times for the lights to go down. Does anyone know why?

I'd try going into the DIC and turning off the twilight sentinel option. The owner's manual explains how it works.
