AC Blowing hot air
My AC is blowing hot air. I pulled codes
B0361 Left Actuator Feedback Short to GND
B0363 Left Actuator Feedback Open
I was looking through the manual looks like you have to dismantle the dash to access the actuator. I wondering if there was a shortcut or easier way to test the actuator?
Thanks,

does the AC light come on? If it goes on and off you are probably low on freon, but the system should be checked for leaks. Also, does the outside temp display correctly, as this can also cause the system to not come on.

The AC Light is on when the AC is on. The system is charged. I continue to receive codes for the left actuator.
When the AC is turned on I hear the compressor kick on but it doesn't sound like it is cycling.

Even with the codes you have, you should be getting cold from the passenger side, if the AC is indeed working correctly. How do you know the system is charged correctly? Might be a clogged oriffice tube, if it is charged correctly. You probably need to get some gauges on the system to check it out.
