Default Starter solenoid

Does anyone have a part number for a solenoid for the starter or where I can get one as mine is on its last leg and I have been unable to find any decent info with my searches.

Why is that? I don't really see a point in spending 200 to fix a 30$ problem.

Just talk with a local rebuilder. That is what they do. I did a quick Google search but only found used ones from a Corvette recycler like this:
